RETURN POLICY


Our 30-day return window is available. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange after 30 days have passed since your purchase.

Your item must be brand-new and in the same condition as you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it must be in its original packing.
There are some products that cannot be returned. Food, flowers, newspapers, magazines, and other perishable items are not returnable. Additionally, we do not accept products that are hazardous, contain flammable liquids or gases, or are intimate or hygienic goods.

Only defective or damaged items are subject to replacement. Send us an email at [insert email or contact information] and send your item to [insert location] if you need to swap it for the same item.
Gifts You will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return if the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped to you. You will receive a gift certificate in the mail after the returned item has been received.
We will send the present giver a refund and let him know about your return if the item wasn't identified as a gift when it was purchased or the gift donor had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later.
